Project/Operations Manager & Billing Coordinator
My name is Brendan Charlton, and my goal at Feasterville Floor is to deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish. I work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and stay involved across many parts of the company so I can continue improving how we serve our community. Outside of work, I’m 30 years old, recently married, and excited to be expecting our first son this summer.
Installation Manager
I'm a former flooring installer with over 25 years' experience. I oversee our installations to get the most out of our installers and help solve any unforeseen issues. I coordinate and communicate with our clients to give them the best possible installation experience.
Installation/Customer Service/Claims Manger
My main focus is to ensure we are providing our customers with the absolute best job and experience possible. The mission statement I was given when I was hired was to “protect our customers from us and our suppliers. Always do the right thing for the customer no matter the cost” I have embraced that from the start. We are not perfect but when an issue does arise it is handled in a professional manner with the customer’s best interest in mind. I am proud to say our customer service is second to none. I came up in this business as a carpet installer. I started working for my brother in-law in the summers and weekends when I was 15 years old. By the age of 19 I had my own carpet installation business . I had 4 crews of guys that worked for me. For a couple of years I owned and operated a small retail flooring store. On a personal level I have been married for 36 years to my best friend! Fun fact we have known each other since the 1st grade! I have 2 wonderful adult children Jake and Sam and an old puggle named Lola .
Sales Manager
With 39 years in the flooring and construction industry, Keith McCarroll has pretty much seen it all—and fixed most of it. As Sales Manager at Feasterville Floor, Keith brings deep knowledge of flooring products, installation, and construction to every project he touches.
Keith also serves as Head Designer for the kitchen and bath department, where he excels at estimating, reworking layouts, and helping customers rethink their spaces in ways that are both beautiful and practical. His construction background allows him to spot issues before they become problems and guide clients through the process with honesty and confidence.
He leads a seasoned team takes pride in delivering quality work, smart design, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
Interior Designer / Sales
I'm an Architectural Interior Designer, working in both commercial and residential design for 40 plus years. Currently specializing in Kitchen and bath design. I enjoy using my expertise to guide customers through every detail, from flooring choices to paint selections, ensuring their project are both functional and beautiful!
Customer Service Supervisor / Renovation Project Coordinator
I have been with Feasterville Floor for over 25 years in customer service and project scheduling with a strong focus on details, organization and customer satisfaction. I pride myself on being a team player and wearing different hats to ensure the best outcome for our customers. Outside of work, family is everything to me - I am a proud "Grammie" of three with another on the way.

Flooring & Design Sales Specialist
My name is Jake and I work primarily in flooring sales. I’ve worked for Feasterville Floor as an installer, a warehouse manager and my current sales role. What I enjoy most is interacting with different customers helping to explain what product or products would be best for their project and why.
Estimator
I come to your home and evaluate the existing conditions to provide you with a thorough quote and complete understanding of the project details. I also work on commercial flooring estimates and bathroom renovation estimates.
